This role is a unique blend of Quality Assurance Testing, Business Analysis, and Scrum Master responsibilities. Responsibilities:
- Lead manual and exploratory testing efforts, transitioning into automation testing in the future
- Perform Business Analyst tasks, ensuring clear communication of project requirements
- Act as Scrum Master, leading agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily Scrum meetings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities and objectives
- Guide the team in agile development processes, ensuring they meet quality standards and project deadlines
- Utilize Azure DevOps (or similar tools such as Jira or Atlassian) to track work progress
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing, including manual and exploratory testing, and ideally some automation
- Experience as a Business Analyst, gathering and translating project requirements
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master, leading teams through agile processes and sprints
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and self-starter mentality
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar agile tools
- Strong communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
