Description:
This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
Responsibilities:
- Business Operations
- Generate ad-hoc reports or report information for end-users
- Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
- Perform transaction processing and maintain report forms and formats, dashboards, canned reports and other end-user information portals and sources.
- Report on activity and provide reporting support
- Review routine business issues using data from internal and external sources and provide data to next level leadership
- Assist in the development of reports for management on the overall performance of business and assist in the development of metrics to measure various characteristics of the business reporting
- Will present findings and recommendations to appropriate groups and help to determine what actionable steps can be taken based on the findings
- Process Improvement
- Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Collect data to identify root cause of problems
- Measure performance against process requirements
Qualifications:
- BS/BA or Associates Required
- Experience with and knowledge of: Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
- Experience in delivering high caliber soft skills including time management, interpersonal skills and customer service
- Accuracy and attention to detail in work is a must; as is the ability to set priorities and handle multiple deadlines
