Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, with expertise in Agile methodologies and portfolio management.
  • Advanced proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, including board and dashboard creation, customization, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching teams and driving Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and report on project and portfolio performance using JIRA metrics and other tools.
