Description:
The Executive Coordinator will provide administrative support to Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors in a hybrid work environment. They will coordinate meetings, manage calendars, handle travel arrangements, and facilitate team communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ schedules, correspondence, and travel
- Prepare and edit documents and presentations
- Coordinate projects and meetings
- Handle time and expense management
- Liaise with internal and external teams
