Summary: Hiring for a Fullstack Engineer to join a highly innovative and collaborative team working on a massive software implementation with one of America’s largest companies. Candidates will only be considered if they have experience with the following:
- Enterprise level C# experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience working with HL7 standards
- Experience working in healthcare interface systems, ideally HealthShare / IRIS
Responsibilities:
As a software engineer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Architecting, designing and developing data modeling and integration solutions that utilize healthcare formats such as HL7, X12, CDA and FHIR to drive applications in cutting edge healthcare spaces,
- Implementing solutions built to improve the quality of clinical documentation, working hand-in-hand with product development and interface architecture teams
- Working hand-in-hand with the customers
- Providing third level support for running production systems
- Participating in activities relating to the improvement of the software development process including analysis, design, development and unit/integration testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Familiarity with one or more modern programming languages (C# required), object-oriented programing concepts, design patterns and automated testing
- Five years of software development experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communications and presentation skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Have worked with enterprise software
- Familiarity with healthcare data modeling and processing in data formats including HL7 v2, CDA, FHIR and X12
- HealthShare/IRIS knowledge and experience
- Have experience with cloud technologies (AWS, k8s, docker)
