Description:

We are seeking a talented digital designer with a contemporary, creative, and cutting-edge digital portfolio. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and has a clear understanding of translating UX into world-class web and mobile app experiences. You should be highly experienced and knowledgeable in website and mobile app design and development, ready to support a major transition for a significant digital platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of the client’s website, B2B website, e-ticket integration, and enhancement of their app.
  • Develop and maintain product design wireframes, interaction design, visual design and prototyping to produce innovative web and mobile experiences.
  • Leverage research from research and usability testing to identify and resolve customer pain points.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and strategies enhance user experience and customer satisfaction on the projects digital channels.
  • Ensure all digital platforms are designed to be customer-centric, scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Communicate designs, interaction models and end-to-end experiences to developers and cross-functional teams; present designs and proposals to key stakeholders and management.
  • Keeping current with industry trends and transit partner products, global trends and advancements in digital technology.
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Media Arts, Human Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in web/app design and development, with a focus in financial institution, public sector or transit industries.
  • Global Expertise: In-depth knowledge of global digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Particularly in financial or transit industry.
  • Proven track record of working on global digital platforms and implementing best practices from around the world.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or like)
  • Knowledge of development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Experience with mobile app design (iOS, Android).
  • Knowledge of backend systems and integration (APIs, databases).
  • Familiarity with digital security standards and practices.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, user feedback, and market trends to inform design decisions.
  • Project Management: Experience leading large-scale digital projects from conception to implementation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Proven ability to design user-centric digital platforms that significantly improve customer satisfaction and usability.
  • Innovation: Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve complex problems and enhance digital experiences.
